In no event may the photograph(s) be sold or licensed without Villanova’s prior written consent.Ĭonsistent with Villanova’s mission, values and policies, Villanova requires that any use of the photograph(s) be conducted in a spirit of good faith, caring and respect for the rights, wishes and dignity of other members of the Villanova community and participants in the event portrayed. This permission includes downloading and/or saving the photographs to your personal computer, printing physical copies, and posting photographs of you on your own social media page or feed, but expressly excludes use, copying, publishing and distributing the photograph(s) (or modified versions or derivative works) via public internet or media platforms, such as image search engines, news platforms, catalogs, or other photo sharing sites.
Villanova University hereby grants permission for its alumni, students and their guests gallery the right to use the Villanova photograph(s)and artwork that are featured above solely for personal, non-commercial use as described in this grant of permission.
